<p>Del vaniljestangen i to på langs. Skrap ut frøene og gni dem godt i sukkeret. Ha sukkeret medvaniljefrø og vaniljestang i en gryte med vann, rips og rabarbra. La det småkoke i 15 min. La blandingen trekke  til den er avkjølt. Sil saften og oppbevar den i kjøleskapet. Fyll 4 store glass med isbiter og hell 1 del saft og 1 del Farris i glassene. Server.</p>

Sett ovnen på175 grader. Visp sammen sukker, vaniljesukker og egg til det blir lyst og luftig.

<li>250 gr sukker</li>
<li>1 ss vaniljesukker</li>
<li>3 egg</li>
<li>revet skall av 1 appelsin</li>
<li>200 gr mandler</li>
<li>400 gr hvetemel</li>
<li>1 ts bakepulver</li>
</ul>
<p>Sett ovnen på175 grader. Visp sammen sukker, vaniljesukker og egg til det blir lyst og luftig.</p>
<p>Vask appelsinen i varmt vann og riv av skallet. Bland appelsinskallet og mandlene i &#8220;eggedosisen&#8221;.</p>
<p>Bland mel og bakepulver i en annen skål og sikt det i slik at det blir en deig.</p>
<p>Form det til en tjukk pølse og dekk det til med aluminiumsfolie. Hvil i kjøleskapet 20 minutter.</p>
<p>Form pølsa i to lengder, 2 fingre tjukk. Legg dem på bakepapir og trykke dem ned slik at de blir ovale.</p>
<p>Stekes i 35 minutter til de får lysebrun farge.</p>
<p>Skjær umiddelbart skrå 1 cm tykke skiver. Oppbevares i glass med lokk.</p>

<li>200 gr. smør smeltes</li>
<li>2 1/4 dl vann i smøret</li>
<li>4 ss kakao i smøret</li>
<li>4,5 dl sukker røres inn</li>
<li>1/2 ts salt</li>
<li>4,5 dl mel</li>
<li>1 ts natron</li>
<li>2 egg</li>
<li>2 dl rømme</li>
</ul>
<p>Du kan med fordel halvere mengden for en kakeform på 23 cm.</p>
<p>Rør inn ingridiensene i rekkefølgen over og stek midt i ovnen i ca 45 minutter.</p>

<li>Spe ut suppa med buljongkraft avhengig av hvor tykk suppe du vil ha. Kok i 5 min.<br />

<p>1. Fres kjøttet et par minutter på sterk varme i litt olje. Stek det i to omganger. Dryss over salt og pepper.</p>
<p>2. Skyll salatene og skjær issalaten i strimler. Ruccula kan brukes som den er eller i biter. Legg salaten i en bolle sammen med løken. Avokado skjæres i båter og dynkes med litt sitronsaft slik at den holder fargen.</p>
<p>3. Pinjekjernene blir ekstra gode hvis de ristes i tørr stekepanne til de får en gyllen farge. Dryss pinjekjernene over salaten.</p>
<p>Svinekjøtt ? enten det er kokt skinke, spekeskinke eller stekte strimler og bacon ? passer til både fruktige, spicy og hotte smaker, og er derfor knallgodt i salater.</p></div>

<p>Forvarm ovn 175 grader. Smør en 25&#215;16x3cm panne. Rist pistasjenøttene i stekepanne og la dem kjøle seg ned. Smelt den mørke sjokoladen i vannbad. Rør sammen den smeltede sjokoladen med sukker, olivenolje, egg og vaniljeekstrakt i en stor bolle. Sikt over melet, kakaoen og bakepulveret og bland forsiktig sammen. Fold inn pistasjenøttene og den hvite sjokoladen. Hell røren i den smurte formen og fordel jevnt utover. Stek i 30 minutter og la kaken kjøle seg ned i formen.</p>
